Design News: Interior Lifestyle Living Tokyo

[wp_ad_camp_2]
The first IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living took place in 2008, combining IFFT (International Furniture Fair Tokyo) with the concept of Interior Lifestyle Tokyo, and becoming the leading trade fair for the Japanese high-end interior market.
5th to 27th of November

IFFT TOKYO LIFESTYLE FAIR

The fair has been growing each year that goes by. Last year’s edition featured 391 exhibitors from 25 different countries and 15,667 visitors from 31 countries.

This year’s event will be held in Tokyo Big Sight from the 25th to 27th of November.

Tokyo Big Sight offers smooth and diversified access not only from central Tokyo and all other regions of Japan, but from around the world as well.
It is close to major airports, only about 60 minutes from Narita International Airport and about 25 minutes from Haneda Airport (Tokyo International Airport) by airport bus. Furthermore, Haneda Airport, the gateway to the skies for Tokyo, is located just 30 minutes away from the city center by train. the airport’s growing number of international flights are making Tokyo even much more convenient.

IFFT TOKYO LIFESTYLE FAIR

IFFT/Interior Lifestyle Living has been attracting high-end interior design products from all over the world, to suggest eye-opening lifestyle ideas and to present stylish space designing.

Each zone will have a clear concept and a series of leading events will become more compelling.

Depending on what’s your area of interest, the fair has seven different zones for you to explore: Home, Kitchen Life, Accent, Everyday, Global, Japan Style and Movement.

IFFT TOKYO LIFESTYLE FAIR

Besides the fair itself, the event also will have a series of conferences on the first day of exhbiting covering topics such as imports, design and also an award ceremony.

Consumer goods & leisure fairs worldwide

Messe Frankfurt’s Consumer Goods & Leisure business field is concerned with products and ideas that make life easier and more pleasant. This wide range includes new kitchenware, household goods, innovative products for the kitchen, arts and crafts ideas and materials, gift ideas for every occasion, decorations for the home, office fixtures, trendy furniture and furnishings, and home design and decoration concepts. This enormous diversity is what sets apart the sector and our business field – locally, nationally and globally.

Under the umbrella of Consumer Goods & Leisure, Messe Frankfurt combines some of the leading trade fair formats in the international consumer goods sector – not only at its Frankfurt base, but also in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Every year, retail, wholesale and specialist buyers come together with producers, designers and sector newcomers at our 20-plus consumer goods fairs in order to explore and discuss the latest trends, to interact with other players and to seek inspiration. In Frankfurt, leading events including Ambiente, Tendence, Paperworld, Christmasworld and Creativeworld serve as annual networking and business platforms. 2013 saw an important addition to the Consumer Goods & Leisure business field: Ecostyle, the first information and order platform for verified sustainable consumer goods, which takes place parallel to Tendence.

In close cooperation with Hamburg Messe, Messe Frankfurt is organising “Nordstil – Regionale Ordertage Hamburg”, which is to be held every January and July in Hamburg.

With events such as Beautyworld Japan, Paperworld Middle East, Interior Lifestyle Shanghai, International Furniture Fair Tokyo, Interpets Asia Pacific and Ambiente India, Messe Frankfurt also offers successful trading platforms in Asia, the Middle East and other growth regions.
