Last year the studio has come up with this unique, colossal Jenga Tower in New york, adding one more unique skyscraper to the city’s landscape. If you live there you might already came across such impressive architecture. The project 56 Leonard Street is an  821 feet tall innovative piece of contemporary art that hosts around 57 floors.

Recently there were released a few photos of its interior design, that definitely goes along with the dramatic exterior facade of the building. Some luxuries of this project comprise a library lounge , an indoor-outdoor movie theater and a private dining saloon. Take a look inside.

The interior design of the 56 Leonard street consists of a brutal ambiance where a patterned black and white floor goes with minimalist furnishings. Contemporary lighting fixtures create an innovative and futuristic touch to the space. Large open windows allow a great source of natural light.

The 9th and 10th  floors of the building are connected by a sculptural, spiral staircase that exists to create a sense of movement along the interior design.

Each of the available penthouses provide outstanding views of the city, wood-burning fireplaces, private elevator access and a unique minimalist design.
