I know you’re probably still recovering from ICFF 2017, but if you’re a true design lover like we are at My Design Agenda, you need to be ready to move on to another great design event, Art Basel. The show will be taking place from June 15 to 18 at Messe Basel in the wonderful Switzerland bringing the international art world together.
Art Basel is one of the leading design events in Europe, inviting 291 of the world’s leading galleries and showcasing the works of over 4000 talented artists every edition. What we love about Basel show is the fact that several cultural institutions offer events and exhibitions in the surrounding areas, creating and exciting and region-wide art week.
At the event visitors have an outstanding opportunity to get to know a wide variety of modern and contemporary works from the artists including paintings, drawings, sculpture and even photography. Basel also presents a great range of projects that may include solo presentations, juxtapositions and thematic exhibits from several artists and artistic approaches.

Regarding the schedules, from 13 to 14 June only invited guests can attend, yet Basel is available for the general public from 15 to 18 from 11 am to 7 pm.
A few of the names at the exhibitors list that caught our attention were: Galerie Buchholz, Gagosian, Catriona Jeffries, The Box and Antenna Space.
