Portugal is the country of the wine and sea. Is known as one of the best destinations for holidays attracting tourists from all over the world, all year. Is known for its Cristiano Ronaldo and its football teams. But not for much more. For that reason, at My Design Agenda we decided to talk a little bit more about Portuguese Designers and their amazing work.

The passion for lighting and search for innovation in design demonstrates SERIP’s unique point of view in the field of decoration, becoming one of the top interior designers at the 4th edition of Downtown Design Dubai this 25th October.
NEVOA
The careful work and noble materials give shape to Nevoa, an unique design brand that is characterized by its aesthetic concern and maximization of the physical and emotional comfort of spaces. It’s a new company, having only a few products, but we are already big fans of their work and can’t wait to see more.
Laboratorio d’ estórias
Founded in 2013, Laboratório d’Estórias is an experimental space of design that intends to inspire and get inspired by traditional portuguese stories to create beautiful decorative elements. Their motto “Tell a Story of a different Portugal” surges as a vision of the brand, that is unique on its technique and style.

Orikomi
Created in November 2013, Orikami follows the principle that design should be economic and affordable, but also perfectionist and ambitious. Their products are inspired by clean lines and geometric shapes that are carefully handcrafted using high quality paper with a wide variety of color. Their pieces are one of a kind and very minimalist, making it to our list.
