Parisian apartment decorated by 10surdix features unique combination between Scandinavian and Industrial design.

Founded in 2013 by  Marion, Mathieu and Guillaume, architecture studio 10surdix is a family project that aims to deliver personalized design solutions  that encompass two main cores: furniture and interiors. The studio offers clients total advise and guidance not only in terms of furniture purchase, but also on creating unique interiors that meet different values and personalities.

Recently they renovated an apartment in the 9th arrondissement of Paris with plenty of industrial accents, mid-century modern furnishings and minimal decorative elements. The designers followed the entire project, from kitchen design to customized dressing rooms, as well as its entire furniture selection.

The living room design features light wooden floors and white-painted walls that create a contemporary look to the space.

A combination between Scandinavian and industrial design provides an elegant and unique theme to the Parisian apartment, which includes a minimal round center table, a wooden dining table, a vintage retro sideboard, a long floor mirror and a music-themed lighting suspension.

Patterned rugs enhance a bohemian sense of style while floral patterns inhabit the center grey wall. Decorative items consist of glass candle holders, vases, greenery and abstract paintings. The living room is connected to the kitchen space through an extensive main hall.

The open plan living space features plenty of natural lighting due to existing large windows and enables views of the kitchen.

In the kitchen and dining area the designers placed green velvet bar chairs around a metallic kitchen counter to take more advantage of the overall space. A rustic lighting suspension creates an artistic feel to the room while decorative plants make it more connected to nature.

Storage is given through minimal white upper cabinets.

A slim hall leads to the apartment’s  bedroom and bathroom and features a sophisticated color pallet of greens, whites and browns. A black marble sideboard is placed underneath a decorative painting while gold-plated wall lamps finish up the look.

A black and white rug leads the way.

The bedroom design encompasses white personalized dressing rooms and smoked glass windows that outlook the hall. A nature-inspired suspension provides a unique touch to the space.

For the bathroom design, the walls were contrasted in two different concepts. The upper wall is fully painted in a neutral beige color while the bottom wall is filled with white tiling. A round-shaped wall mirror is followed by cylindrical wall lamps and a white double sink washbasin. On the left side of the room there’s a white freestanding bathtub, and, on the right side, an elegant glass shower.

Project Showroom Privé Clichy Paris 75009 is definitely an art to be admired.
