The ICFF 2018 Event is almost upon us. This top North America’s platform for global design will, once again, map the newest frontier of what’s best and what’s next at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center between May 20-23, 2018.

For the four-day duration of the Fair, the Javits Center will be abuzz with more than 36,000 interior designers, architects, retailers, representatives, distributors, facility managers, developers, manufacturers, store designers, and visual merchandisers that are dying to showcase their products, talents and ideas to an anxious New York crowd. 1 – It’s in New York! – Can we be more obvious? This amazing event will be happening in one of the most exciting cities in the world, where design and ideas are always flowing and changing. If you have never been, this is the perfect excuse to make a stop in the city that never sleeps. In the intervals of the fair you can stop by some amazing show at Broadway, stroll the iconic Central Park, drive by the frenetic Times Square, shop at the prestigious 5th Avenue, visit some of the most amazing museums of the city, experience an incredible meal at some of the best restaurants in the entire planet or visit some of the most iconic landmarks of New York, like the Empire State Building or the Statue of Liberty. 2 – It’s Held Within the Major NYCxDesign Event – The ICFF 2018 is held in concordance with the popular and prestigious NYCxDESIGN, New York City’s annual celebration of design! This event usually attracts hundreds of thousands of attendees and designers from across the globe and this year won’t be any different. Like design itself, NYCxDESIGN is everywhere, with events taking place across the city’s five boroughs. Brought to life by New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) in conjunction with a steering committee of leading members of New York City’s design community, NYCxDESIGN highlights the unique creative, cultural, educational, and economic opportunities in New York City. This year, NYCxDESIGN will host more than 150 events in several areas.

3 – The Amazing Opening Party – If you’re attending ICFF 2018, make sure you don’t miss their opening party. Although the doors officially open on the 20th, the opening party will be happening on the 21st from 7pm to 10pm. There will be a gala with open bar and a lot of hors d’oeuvres, as well as live entertainment.

4 – An Event With More Than 800 Exhibitors – Being a place of excellence to showcase high-end furniture brands, ICFF New York will welcome more than 800 exhibitors coming from all over the world.
