In case you don’t know, The Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel and Conference Center is a 4 Star Hotel with direct access from Terminal 1 of Malpensa Airport. To improve the customer experience of the Hotel, the Sheraton Group decided to do a complete makeover on the famous hotel restaurant Il Canneto.
The new elegant restaurant design debuted this Autumn and it’s just amazing as the hotel itself. The complete restyling of the space has upgraded the restaurant capacity, but most of all manage to upgrade the style of this haven of Italian food.
The project included the installation of Artemide suspension lamps and the realization of live cooking shows where each evening guests can attend the rite-show symbol of Italian culinary tradition: preparing fresh stuffed pasta. The leader of this small masterclasses is Pasquale D’Ambrosio, the chef of Canneto, who every night revisits the Italian gastronomic tradition with contemporary techniques and presentations.
The design project also included the introduction of contemporary natural surfaces, like brown woods and green and yellow seating, that recall the land and the famous olive trees of Italy. The final result is as impressive as the pictures show and managed to give this fantastic place a new exciting perspective. A new elegant restaurant design that matches the fashionable style of Milan.
