For this 55th edition, the building that has house the projected spaces of Casa Decor is located in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, where you would be able to see the latest trends in interior design, architecture, design, and art. This is the twelfth time that this event takes place in this stately Madrid neighborhood, this time in a palace house from the early 20th century, located at 21 Velázquez street. With a surface of over 5600 m2, spread over 5 floors, this house stands out for the uniqueness of its architectural details, providing an ideal environment for the 50 participating interior designers to present their surprising proposals.
“The Berries Club” is the space of the amazing interior designer Virginia Gasch. Inspired by art deco and the incorporeal spirit and elegance of the 20s, the space is composed of a dressing table, a corridor, and a charming bathroom.
Several sets of arcs act as a conductive thread creating an enveloping atmosphere of soft and rounded shapes. In the space stand out unique pieces, such as the incredible washbasin of Jacob Delafon, or Hisbalit floors, in addition to fabrics and wallpapers, among other elements of firms such as Cole & Son, Alhambra or Formica Group.
The exhibition route includes a total of 67 rooms, with a total area of more than 2,800 m2, the most emblematic for their architectural characteristics, location and exposure to natural light, where the latest proposals in interior design, materials, home automation will be shown. , technology and cutting edge trends.
Sara Folch is one of the most known interior designers in Barcelona. For more than 25 years, the interior design studio has designed hundreds of projects, being recognized not only by the present but for the positive mark it left on its previous customers for her past work.
