Designjunction is a 4-day event being held from 19th September to 22nd September 2019 at London, United Kingdom. Designjunction is set to bring together forward-thinking furniture, lighting and accessory brands at the first-ever King’s Cross Design District. Now in its ninth year, the 2019 edition returns to London’s newest creative quarter to present more than 200 international brands, hundreds of product launches, over 70 pop-up shops and immersive installations, in addition to a schedule of thought-provoking talks and debates. BOOK TALKS
Curated by design and architecture writer and commentator Grant Gibson, the two-day Talks Programme, hosted at the Everyman Cinema, is set to challenge, provoke and engage. Responding to the theme: Re(act), a slew of the industry’s leading thinkers’ question: How should design react to some of the world’s most pressing problems?
THE GREENHOUSE
LSA International will present The Greenhouse, an immersive shop concept celebrating sustainable living. The Greenhouse will showcase LSA International’s CANOPY collection alongside a range of other products and concepts by Vitra and Spring, who have a shared commitment to sustainable living. CANOPY is a mixed materials collection of cork and handmade, 100% recycled glassware, vases and planters designed by LSA International and launched in collaboration with the Eden Project.
