The 2017 Winter Trends featured in Las Vegas Market ‘s First Look program was inspired by Generation Z and Millennial!
Las Vegas Market recently launched a First Look program on the 2017 Winter Trends, which showcases a wide number of furniture designs and colors that will mostly become successful next season. Since this year the event has grown, its only normal that in this edition of First Look, a record-breaking number of submissions took place as well as a more rigorous selection.
According to Las Vegas Market it will be possible to find these items in a freestanding case located in the Grand Plaza courtyard which are marked by furling First look flags.
The selection was mainly inspired by Pantone‘s home + interiors pallettes for 2018, demonstrating the behaviors and preferences of the Generation Z and Millennials. “Modern Traditions” for example resembles holiday decorations in an urban maximalist-style with bold patterns and multiple metal finishes.
“IGen” on the other hand is a dynamic and powerful presentation that anticipates the tastes of these digital natives. Las Vegas Marketwill be presenting even more designs and home decor trends in the FIRST LOOK CEU-accredited seminar, planned to take place at 10 am on Monday, 31 July in in Building B Worldview on Sixteen.

A nature-inspired story emerges from the shadows in FIRST LOOK’s MIDNIGHT GARDEN, a sultry theme where photorealism, digital effects, interplays of dark and light, romantic flourishes, and even scorched and charred texturesinvite viewers to surrender to the beauties of the night.
The artist’s stamp, whether by way of signature or slight imperfection, is evident in ARTIST’S HAND, a theme that focuses on all gift and home product categories, especially textiles, accessories, jewelry and furniture. Look for nuance—and perhaps clever and quirky inscriptions—that connect owner and maker.
FIRST LOOK showcases a range of categories in PERSONAL SPACE, a bathroom vignette that features top colors in cabinetry: white, off-whites and blue-cast grays. What to submit: bathroom vanities, mirrors, wall decor, sconces, personal care products, candles, textiles and trinket dishes, to name just a few.
