Herzog & de Meuron is a partnership led by Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron. Founded in 1978, the company has designed a wide range of projects from the small scale of a private home to the large scale of urbanism. While many of their projects are highly recognized public facilities, such as their stadiums and museums, they have also completed several distinguished private projects including apartment buildings, offices, and factories. One of the most prestigious projects designed by Herzog & de Meuron is the amazing Tate Modern in London.

An interdisciplinary studio that integrates architecture, visual arts and design. Diller Scofidio + Renfro is led by Elizabeth Diller, Ricardo Scofidio, Charles Renfro, and Benjamin Gilmartin, who work in collaboration with a staff of talented architects, artists and administrators to develop remarkable urban designs like the astonishing Berkeley Art Museum.
3 – Snøhetta
Snøhetta began as a collaborative architectural and landscape workshop, and has remained true to its trans-disciplinary way of thinking since its inception. The company strives to enhance our sense of place, identity and relationship to others and the physical spaces we inhabit, whether feral or human-made. Founded by Jeanne Gang, Studio Gang is an architecture and urbanism practice in Chicago and New York. At Ike Kligerman Barkley, the architecture and interior design departments work throughout history and across styles, always seeking to enhance life through good design. In collaboration with clients, Ike Kligerman Barkley produces personalized living environments as well as the occasional high profile public building. One of our favorite projects is the one-of-a kind Lookout House in Long Island.
7 – Carrier and Company Interiors
Carrier and Company Interiors is led by Jesse Carrier and Mara Miller, whose signature look is defined as “timeless, tailored and refined”. The duo designed this astonishing living room in Southampton, New York and the brand has clients such as Anna Wintour, Jessica Chastain and Annie Leibovitz.
8 – SheltonMindel
SheltonMindel provides complete architectural, interiors and product design services for corporate, cultural, academic, retail, recreational, hospitality and residential clients, under the sustaining leadership of Lee F. Mindel. The firm has received more than 18 awards in several programs and magazines and continues to develop successful design for interiors. This penthouse is located at Hubert Street Terrace and has a dazzling, minimalist decor using light colors.
9 – Francis Sultana
Francis Sultana is a furniture and interior designer based in London that works across both residential and commercial interior projects. Sultana is the favored designer of many major art patrons who are drawn to his use of noble materials, fine craftsmanship and luxurious finishes. Francis Sultana Interiors are known for extravagant shapes and colors that work together in harmony in a simplistic environment.
10 – Studioilse
Ilse Crawford is a designer, academic and creative director with a simple mission to put human needs and desires at the center of all that she does. As founder of Studioilse, together with her multi-disciplinary, London-based team, she brings her philosophy to life. This impressive residence was designed by Studioilse in 2014 and it is called Vitrahaus Loft.
